The Manhattan 31 is a special model made in collaboration with PEAKPOINT, the school of YOROI & HEAVEN contract rider Takanori Shirakawa (motion analysis coach and strength and conditioning coach for the Japanese snowboard halfpipe team, which included gold medalist Ayumu Hirano and bronze medalist Sena Tomita at the Winter Olympics). Motion analysis also showed that surf skates are effective for off-season training, so they were adopted for lessons.
