Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
(Please note that we also cannot accept size exchanges.)
Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Shipping Costs Covered by Us (Applicable in the Following Two Cases)

We will cover the shipping costs only in the following cases:

1. If the delivered product is found to have an initial defect (as determined in accordance with our internal standards), we will exchange it for the same item only.
   We cannot exchange for a different product, regardless of whether the customer is willing to pay any price difference.

2. If an incorrect item was delivered due to our error, or if there was shipping damage/accident.

How to Request a Return/Exchange (Only for the Two Cases Above)

If you wish to request a return due to one of the reasons above, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product, clearly stating your name, order number, and product name. We will get back to you.

After that, we will email you a Return/Exchange Request Form.
Please send the product back to us within 3 days together with the completed form.

Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted in the Following Cases

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• You do not contact us within 3 business days after the product arrives, or the return does not reach us within 3 business days after you contact us.

• The product has been damaged or soiled while in your possession.

• The item is a discounted product such as sale items or outlet items.

• The item is a hygiene-related product or a consumable after opening, including but not limited to: cosmetics, supplements, footwear, underwear, and items such as protectors, wetsuits, neck warmers, face masks, etc.

• The product page clearly states that the item is non-returnable.

Important Notice (Cooling-Off Policy)

Please note that, based on the display of our return policy on this website, the cooling-off period does not apply to purchases made on this site, in accordance with Article 15-2 of the amended Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
