For credit card payments and cash on delivery, orders are usually shipped the next business day after confirmation. For domestic deliveries, delivery takes about 1-3 days. For international deliveries, delivery may take 2-7 days.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other reasons. If a delay is expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

ご予約商品の場合、ご注文時に決済が確定いたします。

決済につきましては当社規定の決済方法よりお選びいただくこと可能です。

ご注文内容に予約商品と即納商品が含まれる場合
同じカートに予約商品と即納商品を入れてご注文いただいた場合、すべての商品が予約商品の入荷後にまとめて発送されます。
即納商品をすぐに発送をご希望の場合は、ご予約商品と即納商品を別々にご注文いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

発送方法の例
予約商品：A商品
即納商品：B商品
この場合、以下のようにご注文を分けていただけるとスムーズです。
例1: A商品のみをカートに入れご注文
例2: B商品のみをカートに入れご注文
