Shipping Carriers
Your order will be delivered via trusted carriers such as Sagawa Express, Japan Post, EMS, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Time
For credit card payments and cash on delivery, orders are generally shipped on the next business day after order confirmation.
If shipping is delayed due to peak seasons or other circumstances, we will notify you by email.
For international shipping, delivery may take approximately 2–7 days.
Depending on the shipping status and destination, it may take longer.
Shipping Fees
Orders of ¥10,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping (excluding remote islands, mountainous areas, bulk orders, and destinations outside Japan).
For orders under ¥10,000 (tax included), please refer to the shipping table below.
Items eligible for Click Post shipping can be delivered within Japan for a flat rate of ¥185 (tax included).

Important Notice
For orders to remote islands, mountainous areas, bulk orders, or destinations outside Japan, we will calculate the shipping fee after receiving your order and contact you by email.
Your order will be finalized after you confirm and agree to the shipping cost.

Important Notes When Ordering Pre-Order and In-Stock Items Together
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items:
When you place both types of items in the same cart and order together, all items will be shipped together after the pre-order items arrive.
If you would like the in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
